At TriCIS, we create systems that support the security, independence and interests of the UK Government and NATO allied partners. However, our commitment to the people who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, lies much deeper and closer to home.
More than a quarter of our workforce have served in the British Armed Forces so we see first hand how the skills and experience they have can be of great benefits within the workplace. We also support and encourage those looking to join the Reserve Forces. We ensure provision is provided and that any serving individual is not disadvantaged by choosing to serve our country.
We are proud to say that we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, pledging to acknowledge and understand that those who protect our nation should be treated with fairness and in the communities they serve with their lives. We are honoured to have received recognition from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme in the form of a Bronze Award and will strive to continue our work, highlighting the importance of the values set out by the Covenant.
