TRICIS and VIASAT Partnership: Launch of VIASAT DARC CAPS Certified SSD

TRICIS is proud to announce its continuing engineering partnership with VIASAT and the launch of the VIASAT DARC (Data at Rest Cryptography) CAPS certified SSD, which has been integrated into the TRICIS family of user access devices (UAD’s). This collaboration has resulted in a solution that meets the security and privacy needs of the user, providing confidentiality, integrity, and authentication to allow freedom of movement.

The VIASAT DARC-SSD is a highly secure Data At Rest (DAR) storage solution for protecting sensitive and classified information in compatible commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) laptops, tablet computers, and small form factor PCs. TRICIS has integrated the VIASAT DARC into its user access devices, allowing users to choose their preferred devices and store data at SECRET and TOP SECRET levels. TRICIS also has the ability to integrate the DARC into TEMPEST protected devices, providing added security for users who operate in high-risk environments.

To celebrate this partnership and launch, TRICIS will be hosting a Launch Event on Tuesday, September 12th, on its stand at DSEI. At the event, TRICIS and VIASAT will discuss how their collaboration can deliver solutions that meet the security and privacy needs of the user.
